• Photograph it well. Nearly every buyer sees your property on a screen first. Poor photos lose showings before anyone visits.
• Put it everywhere that matters. MLS, the major portals, this site, and directly to buyers already subscribed to alerts.
• Handle the process. Showings, feedback, offers, inspection, appraisal and closing — that is my job, not yours.
