Who I Am

I am Lance Tibbits, a REALTOR with Scenic Realty Co. I live and work in the Upper Thumb, and I sell property here — lakefront cottages, year-round homes, vacant land and commercial buildings across Huron, Tuscola and Sanilac counties.

This is a particular market. Water frontage, seasonal roads, wells and septic systems, township rules on short-term rentals — these things matter here in ways they do not in a suburb, and they are easy to get wrong if you are not from the area.

How I Work

I will tell you what I actually think, including when a property is wrong for you or when your asking price is too high. That is more useful than agreement, even when it is less comfortable.

You deal with me directly. Not an assistant, not a team member you have never met.
